What areas do you cover?

We cover the Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Warwickshire and Birmingham areas. However we can travel further afield, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you wherever possible.

What time do you arrive?

Our chefs arrive approximately 2 hours before the meal is due to start, allowing us time to prepare, dress the table and begin your amazing Gourmandize journey.

What equipment do you provide?

Our chefs arrive equipped with all the necessary cooking tools. We also provide tableware, crockery, glassware and cutlery if required.

Do you serve the table?

Absolutely! The Gourmandize approach is not only to serve the food but also describe each course, ingredients and give you an insight as to how each dish has been created. We will dress your table for the occasion and clear up afterwards leaving you to sit back and enjoy a special time with your guests.

Do you provide alcohol?

We do not currently have a licence so cannot provide alcohol. We will be applying for a licence at a future date.

I have special dietary needs, what can you do for me?

When booking, let us know your about any dietary requirements. Our menus have been thought out carefully so we can accommodate most needs.

How many people can you cater for?

We can cater for up to 30 people however if your numbers exceed this please feel free to ask and will try to do our best to accommodate you.

When do we pay? Do we pay a deposit?

We request a 35% deposit upon confirmation of the booking. The final balance is payable at the end of the evening. We accept payment by cash or card.

When do we book?

We require at least one week notice in advance for each booking.

What if we cancel or want to change the date?

We all know unexpected things can happen and in the event that you need to cancel or change your date we will do our best to accommodate you . In the event that you need to change or cancel you booking within 2 weeks of the confirmed date, will regret will will not be able to refund your deposit.

How flexible can you be on different styles of food and menu changes?

If you prefer something different from our set menus, feel free to contact us to discuss a bespoke option to suit your needs.
