Chef Bio

Patrick Kelly has been trained both in classic and modern fine dining establishments. He is a chef with more than 10 years experience in the kitchen creating seasonal, flavour-driven, innovative, fresh and delicious food. Working mainly in Michelin standard restaurants in the UK and Ireland and also completing stages internationally at restaurants in New York and Copenhagen, Patrick has used each experience to broaden and develop his skills and technique.

Beginning his culinary journey in 2009 at The Grove Hotel, Hertfordshire, Patrick moved to Patrick Guilbaulds, Dublin and The Artichoke, Amersham. He has also completed stages at Amass, Copenhagen, The Modern and Dovetail both in New York. During his time as a chef he has been lucky enough to cook with some of the country’s best-known chefs including Tom Kerridge, Daniel Clifford and Russell Bateman.

Patrick has a fantastic passion for food and quality ingredients, enjoys discovering and experimenting with different cultures and cuisines and loves making people happy through his cooking.
